Apal Sideri is a Norwegian cidery located at Sæbø in Hjelmeland, Ryfylke, where apples have been part of the farm’s story for generations. Surrounded by orchards and shaped by the fjord landscape, Apal creates cider and apple juice with a strong sense of place. What started as a curious test project by farmer and craftsman Dan Olav Sæbø has grown into an award-winning cidery built on local fruit, patience and precise craftsmanship. Today, Apal makes several cider styles, all rooted in the natural freshness, aroma and character of Norwegian apples.
